My career over the years, has led me to specialize in Business & Project Development, of large scale international hotel and resort projects. I have experience in project development and coordination, strategic forward-planning; operating within tight financial disciplines imposed by ambitious budgets which I have helped to develop; methodical administration and management of targets & deadlines (not to speak of crisis management when and where necessary); application of modern leadership methods (through staff motivation and involvement in both decision-making and target-setting, clarity in communication, and easy personal inter-relations). I have had the opportunity to travel to most destinations around the world and my own cosmopolitan background and analytical interests in other cultures, together with a command of several European languages, have also given me confidence in handling challenges and negotiations that require the reconciliation of different cultural and business approaches to otherwise common problems.
