Road to the Final

The Hexagon Cup, held at the prestigious Madrid Arena, brought together some of the world’s best padel teams. Representing the Rafa Nadal Academy team, Noemí Aguilar was part of a group that stood out as favorites from the start. With an impressive record of five wins and only one loss in the group stage, they demonstrated their strength and determination.

Teaming up with Noa Cánovas, Noemí faced Marina Lobo and Águeda Pérez of KRÜ in the semifinals. Their remarkable performance led to a thrilling victory, with set scores of 7-6 and 6-4, underscoring their cohesion and strategic gameplay.

The Grand Final

The much-anticipated final saw the Rafa Nadal Academy team up against @KRÜ Padel by Taktika once again. The competition began with a victory for Marta Ortega and Gemma Triay in the women’s match, followed by a tie in the men’s match between Federico Chingotto and Momo González against Álex Ruiz and Franco Stupaczuk. This left the decisive outcome in the hands of the young talents.

In a fiercely contested match, Noemí and Noa faced Marina Lobo and Águeda Pérez in the deciding game. Despite their valiant efforts, the pair narrowly missed out on the title, with set scores of 6-3 and 6-4 in favor of KRÜ Padel by Taktika.
